A comprehensive high school provides students with an educational alternative that enhances the traditional high school curriculum. Students will not only be able to select from the traditional academic and extracurricular programs, but will also have the opportunity to pursue a specialized program within a Career and Technical Education Academy
A career academy is a specialized learning community within the school that provides students with team-designed projects and relevant learning experiences. In addition to being prepared for post-secondary education, students who graduate from a comprehensive high school will leave with marketable skills and competencies now required in specialized businesses and industries.
